The Backup function is used to create a backup copy of C-Organizer databases. It creates a CAB archive file which contains the selected databases of the program. You can use this file to restore the databases if it will be necessary.
To make a backup copy, select the File -> Backupà menu item of C-Organizer main window.
After that you will see the Backup dialog box.
Use the "What
to backup" option to select the information you want to backup,
and specify the file name to which you want to backup the information
(by pressing the 
button).
After that, press "OK" button.
You will see a progress indicator of the backup at the bottom of the window.
After completing the process, you will see the appropriate message.
Note: C-Organizer can make a backup copies automatically. Please see a Backup options help topic for more details.
